RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, that
WHEREAS, those certain premises in said City Down
as 719 Burlingazme Avenue have deteriorated so as to be unin-
habitable by human beings in their present condition, as
appears from a report filed herein by the Health Inspector of
the County of San Mateo, Chief of the Fire Department and
Building Inspector of this City; and,
MIEREAS, it appears to the Council that the said
premises, in their present condition, are a menace to the
health and welfare of the people of said City living in the
vicinity thereof, and that there is also a fire hazard con-
nected with the said premises in their present condition;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Burlingame does hereby find and order that the said premises
in said City, commonly known and designated as 719 Burlin ame
Avenue, are a nuisance as defined by Section 105 of the
Ordinance Code of this City;
And IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the City Clerk of
said City shall serve written notice upon the owners that the
said nuisance be abated, and if not so done by the owners
within the period of time prescribed by the Ordinance Code of
this City, that the Superintendent of Streets summarily abate
said nuisance and that the cost of such abatement is :ireby
fixed as a lien against the said property upon which the
building is situated.

The foregoing Resolution was adopted at a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Burlingame regularly held on
May 19th, 1941, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen : BUCK - COLZAAN - HUNT - 1vicDONALD
Noes: Councilmen : NONE
Absent: Councilmen: BURROWS
