RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT
from
J. H. DORE and KATHLEEN DORE
to the
CITY OF BURLINGAME
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that the following easement from J. H. Dore and Kathleen Dore,
his wife, to the City of Burlingame be accepted by and on behalf
of said City:
An easement over a portion of Lot No. 7,
Burlingame Park No. 5.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
passed this 2nd day of TUNE , 1941

Honorable Sirs:
The enclosed easement and accompanying; resolution
of acceptance for action by you is an easement
obtained for the purpose of making any necessary
repairs to the cast iron water line which runs
through the property named.
Our former City Attorney, TJr. Cutler, received
oral permission at the time we installed the im-
provements to the water system in 1927, but no
easement was recorded. We have procured this
easement from the new owners of the property and
will record it when the resolution has been passed
by your honorable body.

WE, J. H. DORE and BATHLEEN DORE, husband
and wife, hereby grant to the CITY OF BURLINGAIs4E, a
Municipal Corporation, an easement of right of way over,.,
under, along, and upon the southwesterly five (5) feet
of Lot No. 7, Burlingame Park Subdivision No. 5,
Burlingame, San Mateo County, California, as said
Lot No. 7 is delineated and so designated upon the Map
of Burlingame Park Subdivision No:y ,
1907, in Volume 5 of Maps, Page 4, in the office of
the County Recorder of San Mateo County, California,
for the purpose of laying, constructing, using, main-
taining and repaiting water pipe.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto
affixed our hands this day of May, 1941.
