RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that the Agreement dated the 2nd day of September, 1941, by and
between the State of California, acting by and through the
Department of Public 19orks, Division of Highways, and the City
of Burlingame be entered into according to all of the terms
therein stated, a copy of which Agreement is attached hereto and
made a part hereof;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the PLayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized, for and in behalf of the said
City of Burlingame, to execute the said Agreement and attach the
official seal of the City thereto.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on the 2nd day
of September, 1941, at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Burlingame held at said time, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen BUCK BURROWS, COLEIIMAN. HUNT
Noes: Councilmen NONE
Absent: Councilmen McDONALD
