RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that the following quit claim deed from Vittorio and Antonio Da
Dalt to the City of Burlingame be accepted by and on behalf of
said City:
Lot 5 in Block 48, Lyon and Hoag Subdivision
to the City of Burlingame, more particularly
described on the accomparying quit claim deed.
