WHEREAS The City of Burlingame, municipal corporation,
has received a Deed from Jere Heilman and Fannie B. Heilman,
describing Lots numbered 4 and 5 in Block_ No. 1, as delineated
on TCap of Buriingan,e Villa Park, and more particularly described
in deed; and
PJHEREAS It is the desire of the City to accept same;
N05 THEREFORE Be it resolved that the City of Burl
does accept the herein referred to property.
I HEREBY CERTIFY That the foregoing resolution was
passed this 17th day of Noveraber , 19419 by the foil
