RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, after a complete investigation as to steps
and proceedings to be taken in connection with providing safety
for the general public over the several streets in the City of
Burlingame which cross the Southern Pacific Company railroad
tracks and right of way, the recomirendation has been riade that
the entire matter be presented to the Railroad Commission of the
State of California for its decision and determination for the
facilities to be used and the apportionment of the costs thereof;
NO4"g', i'riEREFOREq BE IT RESOLVED that the matter men-
tioned in the premises herein be presented to the Railroad
Commission of the State of California and that the City Attorney
of the City of Burlingame take all necessary steps in connection
therewith,
The foregoing Resolution was adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Burlingame, held on
November 17, 1941, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen 113UCY BURRO' :i, COLENAN, HUNT, YcDO ALD
Noes: Councilmen
NONE
Absent: Councilmen NOYE
