RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that Rule 3, Section 2 of the Civil Service Rules and Regulations
be amended to read as follows:
"AGE. No applicant shall be eligible for appointment
to the Classified Service who is less than twenty-one (21) years
of age, except applicants for the position of library page, other
junior clerical positions, or junior recreation leaders."
The foregoing Resolution was adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Burlingame held on
December 15, 1941, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen BUCK, COLEMAN, HUNT
Noes: Councilmen NONE
Absent: Councilmen BURROWS, TMcDONALD
