The City Council of the City of Burlingame does hereby
resolve to accept from California Pacific Title and Trust
Company, a corporation, a Deed dated March 5, 1942, conveying
the property therein described, subject to the interests of the
vendees in two certain Agreements of Sale as mentioned in said
Deed.
