RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized,
for and in behalf of the City Council, to execute the annexed
Agreement providing for the pavement of an alleyway adjoining
Lot 24 in Block 1 in Easton Addition to Burlingame.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Burlingame on June 8,
1942, and adopted by the following vote:
Ayes; Councilmen COLEMAN, DAHL, HUNT, ROTH
Noes; Councilmen NONE
Absent; Councilmen BURROWS
