YMEREAS: The San Matoo Transit has made application to
the Railroad Commission of the State of California for an increase
in passenger transportation rates; and
TMEREAS it appears that the local bus service furnished
by said facility is a valuable asset to the city of Burlingame, and
should be maintained, even at the cost of an increase in rates
NO',i, TIMEFORE, the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
in a regular meeting duly assembled, held the 6th day of July, 1942,
do hereby approve and endorse the application of San Mateo Transit
to increase the rates of transportation as per schedule heretofore
submitted to the Railroad Commission of the State of California.
The foregoing resolution was adopted at said time by the
following vote:
