HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 021-1942RESOLUTION N0. WHEREAS, on November 29, 1941, the City Council of the City of Burlingame entered into a contract with BARNEY B. GOETZ, as contractor, for the construction of three (3) concrete culverts over the creek leading into Ray Park Subdivision, according to the terms, plans and specifications as set forth in said contract to which reference is hereby specifically made; and, WHEREAS, the City Engineer has informed and advised the City Council that all of the zork in said contract specified was, on June 30, 1942, satisfactorily completed and has recommended that said work be accepted and that the final payment of Twelve Hundred Ten Dollars ($1210.00), according to the terms of said agreement, be ordered paid; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Burlingame at a regular meeting of said Council held on August 3, 1942, does hereby resolve to accept the completed work specified in the above mentioned contract and that the final payment of Twelve Hundred Ten Dollars ("y'1210.00) be and the same is hereby ordered paid in the regular manner. The foregoing resolution was duly introduced and adop at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Burlingame held on August 3, 1942, by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen BURROWS COLEMAN. DAHL, HUNT, ROTH Noes: Councilmen Absent: Councilmen ATTEST: - NONE
