RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame that the following deed from Frederick Klinger
and Ellen Catherine Klinger, his wife, to the City of
Burlingame be accepted by and on behalf of said City:
Lot No. S. Block No. 1, Burlingame Villa
Park Subdivision as delineated on "Map of
Burlingame Villa Park, San Mateo County,
State of California, filed June 5, 1905
in Book "`E" of Taps at page 18, and a copy
recorded in Book of Maps No. 3, Page 65."
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution
was passed this 17th day of August 19.42 , by
the following vote:
