RESOLUTION *NO.
RESOLUTION TO PAY BONUS TO EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame on
October 19, 19429 unanimously adopted a resolution wherein the Ci
Council resolved to pay to the "regular full time civil service
employees" of the City of Burlingame a bonus of Fifteen Dollars
($15.00) per month, the said payments to commence on October 1,
1942, and to continue until June 30, 1943, unless said payments
be concluded by a determination of the said City Council; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the afore -
going Resolution to read as hereinafter set forth;
NOW.. THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Burlin-
game, at a regular meeting of the said Council held on March 1,
1943, does hereby resolve: That commencing October 1, 1942, a-.
bonus in the sum of Fifteen Dollars (015.00) per month shall be
paid to each regular civil service employee of the City of Burlin-
game, until June 30, 1943, or unless previously determined and
concluded by an order of the City Council of said City;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that part time civil service
employees be paid proportionately, as the time employed bears to
the monthly bonus payments.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Burlingame on March 1,
1943, and adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen BURROWS, COIMIAN, DAHL HUNT ROTH
Noes: Councilmen NONE
Absent: Councilmen NONF.
