THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
THEREFOR
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
t«at the said City purchase Savings Bonds of the 'United States
of America, in to amount of Ten Thousand Dollars; said ponds
to be of I'Series Get - at price of 100% and the yield of 2� %
to maturity; to be registered in the name of the City of
Burlinga�ie, a municipal corporation;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is hereby appropri-
ated out of the general fund of the City the said sum of Ten
Thousand Dollars for the purpose of effecting the purchase of
said Bonds hereinbefore orovided and the financial officers of
the City are hereby authorized and directed to carry the pro-
visions of this resolution into effect.
The -foregoing resolution was duly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the �,'ity Council of the -ity
of Burlingame, held on rpril 5, 1043, by the following vote:
