WHEREAS the Health Department of the City of
Burlingame has reported the premises at 740 Linden Avenue in
the City of Burlingame as being unsanitary and not fit for
human habitation and therefore has become a nuisance;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Burlingame at a regular meeting thereof, held on
May 17, 1943, that proceedings of the abatement of the afore-
said nuisance be prosecuted to a conclusion leading to the
abatement of said nuisance.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on May 17, 1943, and adopted
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN BURRO'�dS, COLEMAN, DAHL, HUNT, ROTH
NOES: COUNCILMEN NONE
ABSENT:COUNCIL_.EN NONE
