:'JHEREAS: An all -wise Providence in His Infinite
Wisdom has called Joseph I>itchell Langrell to his Eternal Home;
and
WHEREAS, in his passing, the City of Burlingame has
lost the services of an excellent and efficient member of the
Police Department;
Now, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Burlingame held on Monday, September 20, 1943, be it
Resolved that the sorrow and regret of the citizens of the City
be expressed by the said City Council, and sympathy be extended
to the bereaved relatives.
Be it further Resolved that this resolution be spread
upon the minutes and a copy thereof be transmitted widow of the
late Joseph Litchell Langrell.
