RESOL
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does
hereby resolve to accept, for and in behalf of the said City,
from Industrial Realty Company, a corporation, a *rant of
easement for public utility purposes over the real property
described in the said grant of easement annexed hereto,
The foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Burlingame on
December 15, , 19470 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dahl -Harris -Hunt -Simonds-:uhitsell
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
