HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 036-1947RESOLUTION NO* '6-47 WHEREAS, California Constructors, Inc., a California corpor- ation, has granted to the City of Burlingame, a municipal corpor- ation, an easement ten (10) feet in width, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a sewer in Burlingame Manor, more particularly described in the Grant of Easement hereto attached;and WHEREAS, it is to the advantage and benefit of the City of Burlingame that said Grant of Easement be accepted: NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the City of Burlingame does hereby accept the Grant of Easement above referred to and more particularly described in the grant hereto attached, to which reference is hereby made, and herein incorporated as if set forth in full. I, HERBERT K.
