WHEREAS, California Constructors, Inc., a California corpor-
ation, has granted to the City of Burlingame, a municipal corpor-
ation, an easement ten (10) feet in width, for the purpose of
constructing and maintaining a sewer in Burlingame Manor, more
particularly described in the Grant of Easement hereto attached;and
WHEREAS, it is to the advantage and benefit of the City of
Burlingame that said Grant of Easement be accepted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the City of Burlingame
does hereby accept the Grant of Easement above referred to and
more particularly described in the grant hereto attached, to
which reference is hereby made, and herein incorporated as if set
forth in full.
I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burliname,
a municipal corporation, do hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Burlingame, held on the 2nd day of September, 1947,
and was adopted by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Dahl -Harris -Hunt- Simonds-Whitsell
NOES: COUNCILMEN None

GRANT OF EASEMENT
CALIFORNIA CONSTRUCTORS, INC., a California corporation, the
First Party, grants to the CITY OF BURLINGAME, a Municipal cor-
poration, the Second Party, an easement ten (10) feet in width,
for the purpose of constructing, altering, maintaining, repairing
and replacing pipe for sewer purposes; the said easement being
five (5) feet on either side of a line in the City of Burlingame,
County of San Mateo, State of California, which center line is
Particularly described as follows;
BEGI7dNING at a point on the centerline of La mesa
Drive, said point being South 450 48t 50" East 6.36
feet from the intersection of La Mesa Drive and Margarita
Avenue as shown on that certain map entitled,
"Burlingame Manor Map No. 1 Burlingame, California,"
filed for record in the office of the County Recorder
on the 12th day of September 1946 in Volume 26 of
Maps at pages 15 and 16, San Mateo County Records;

This grant of easement is made and executed pursuant to a
resolution of California Constructors, Inc., a corporation,
adopted by its Board of Directors at a regular meeting of said
3oard held on May 50 1947,
IN WITNESS WHisREOF the First Party has caused these presents
to be executed by its President and Secretary, this day of
1947.
