RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAN!E ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING MIWORANDU1,1 OF
AGREMIENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4s
GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STREETS OF BIAJOR IITPORTANCE
WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been presented to
be entered into with the State of California in accordance .,,ith a
project statement for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax for the
fiscal year 1948 allocated for streets of major importance other
than State Hi_4iways in the City of Burlingame; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement
in full and is familiar vt th the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Burlingame that said project statement be and it is hereby
adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the 1/4 cent gas
tax allocated for streets of major importance other than State
highways, and said agreement be and the same is hereby approved an
the mayor and the city clerk are directed to sign the same on be-
half of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City
upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
