WHEREAS, the Chief of the Fire Department and the Building
Inspector have reported that the premises at 109 and 115
Burlingame Avenue in many respects are maintained in violation
of the Health and Safety Code and are a fire hazard, and further
that the said premises are not fit for human habitation, and
have recommended that the said buildings on the said premises
be condemned and removed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that on Monday, July 7,
1947, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. and the Council Chambers at the
City Hall, in the City of Burlingame, be fixed as the time and
place when and where any person interested in the matter above
mentioned may appear and show reason or cause why the said
premises should not be condemned and the buildings ordered re-
moved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution
be forwarded by United States postage to Mrs. Carolina Soderlund,
the reputed owner of the said premises at least ten days prior
to the time fixed for the hearing.

and adopted at a regular meeting of the Burlingame City Council
