:SOLUTION NO.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame that the
contract for advertising and -)romotion be entered into with the 3urlingame
Chamber of Commerce, according to the terms and conditions thereof as set
forth in the annexed Agreement, made a part hereof and incorporated herein
as if the same were full;* set forth herein;
BE IT FURT=R RESOLTM that the Mayor be and he is hereby auth-
orized, for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame and the City Council,
to execute the said Agreement, and that the same be attested by the City
Clerk.
The fore ping Resolution was regularly introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of TBarlingame meld on June 16 , 1947',
and adopted by the followin^ vote:
