WHEREAS, the INDUSTRIAL REALTY COMPANY, a Corporation, has
offered to make certain improvements by the installation of
streets, curbs and sidewalks, together with water and sewer lines,
as the same appear on the annexed agreement attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame deem it
to be to the best advantage, benefit and interest of the City to
enter into the proposed agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said agreement be
entered into by the City with the said Industrial Realty Company,
a corporation, and that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the
City, and that the said agreement be attested by the City Clerk.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly introduce
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Burlingame
held on the 21st day of April, 10-47, and was adopted by the fol-
lowing vote:
