WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame deem it
to be to the best interests, advantage and benefit of the City
to enter into an agreement with JEAN B. STETSON and N. W. WARREN,
Co-partners, doing business under the firm name and style of
GROWERS SERVICE AND SUPPLY COMPANY, for the purpose of removing
the sludge from the sewage disposal plant, pursuant to the terms
of the agreement heretc attached;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Burlingame that the said agreement be entered into and
that the -Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed , for
and on behalf of the City to execute said agreement.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly intro-
duced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
