WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, of the Oity of
Burlingame, has recommended the rezoning of certain lots with
frontage on Highland Avenue, Park Road and Primrose lioad, as
set forth in its communication to the City Council, dated Yay
3, 1946;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City
Council of the City of Burlingame that 5fedaies4ay, the 22nd
day of May, 1946, at the hour of eight o'clock, p.m., and the
Council Chamber of the City Council in the City Hall, be
fixed as the time and place for the hearing on the recommenda-
tion of the Planning Commission by the ^,ity Council, and when
and where all persons interested in said matter and petition
may be heard.
I, Herbert I. White, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the Burlingame City Council,
held on Iday 6, 1946, and adopted by the following vote:
