RESOLVED: That pursuant to the authority
conferred by law, the City Council of the City of
Burlingame does now declare that the public interest
or convenience require the opening of a public street
seventy feet in width and which shall be an extension
in a northerly direction from the present established
darolan avenue at Oak Grove Avenue to the southerly
line of Broadway in the said City of Burlingame;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer
of the City prepare and file, for approval by the City
Council, a map or plat indicating the land necessary
or convenient to be taken for the proposed boundary
lines of said street.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Burlingame held on Monday, May 20, 1946, and was
adopted by the following vote:
