RESOLUTION 21-46
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, of the City of
Burlingame, has recommended the rezoning of Chapin Avenue,
between Primrose 3oad and the :;l Camino heal, as set forth
in its communication to the City Council, dated Yay 3, 1946;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolvedby the City
Council of the City of Burlingame that Monday, the 20th day
of Iay, 1946, at the hour of eight o'clock, P.m., and the
Council Chamber of the City Council in the City Hall, be fixed
as the time and place for the hearing on the recommendation
of the Planning 'ommission by the City Council, and when and
where all persons interested in said matter and petition may
be heard.

Burlinm me, do hereby certify, that the foregoing resolution
was introduced at a regular meeting of the 3urlingame Jity
Council held on May 6, 1946, and was adopted by the following
vote :
