RESOLUTI ON NO. 14-46
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
that the Mayor of said City be, and he is hereby authorized for,
and in behalf of the City of Burlingame, a municipal corporation
to execute and deliver to the Burlingame Elementary School Dis-
trict, an Elementary school district of the County of San Mateo,
State of California, a deed conveying the following described
parcel of real property situate in the City of Burlingame,
County of San Mateo, State of Califo m ia, and particularly
described as follows:
PARCEL NO. 5
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly line of
Devereux Drive S 33 53' 20" W 262.587 feet from the south-
westerly line of Balboa Avenue as said Devereux Drive and
Balboa Avenue are shown on that certain map entitled "Ray
Park, Burlingame, California", filed April 16, 1941, in
Book 23 of Maps, Pages 45 to 48 inclusive, in the office
of the Counter Recorder of San Mateo County, California, and
running thence S 56 06' 40" E 354.33 feet; thence S 33 53'
20" W 73.762 feet; thence N 56 06' 40" W 354.33 feet to the
southeasterly line of Devereux Drive; thence along said south-
easterly line of Devereux Drive N 33 53' 20" E 73.762 feet
to the point of beginning and containing 0.60 acres of land
more or less, -
pursuant to the terms of a certain agreement dated June 10,
1941, between the City of Burlingane, a municipal corporation,
and the Burlingame Elementary School District, an elementary
school district of the County of San Mateo, State of California.
The foregoing Resolution was duly introduced at a meeting
of the City Council of the City of 3urlingeme, held on March
41 1946, and adopted by the following vdte:
