RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGALE
APPROVING FREEWAY AGREEMENT
WHEREAS the State of California, through its
Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, has present-
ed ancagreement entitled "Freeway Agreement" which concerns
State Highway Route 68, between Grand Avenue in the City of
South San Francisco and the southernly limits of the City of
San Mateo, a portion of which lies in the City of Burlingame,
and
WHEREAS the City Council has heard read said agree-
ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof:
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Burlingame that said agreement for State Highway
Route 68 be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and
the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of
said City.
ADOPTED this let day of April 194 6 .
