i1HEREAS, it appears from a report filed with the
City Clerk, by the Director of Public Health, in the County
of San 1.iateo, that the premises known as 314-316 Lorton
Avenue, in the City of Burlingame, California, violate the
provisions of the Public Health and Safety Code of the State
of California, and that the said premises are a menace to the
health and safety of the occupants; and
JHr:REAS, the County Health Director has recorrmended
that the said premises be condemned;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Burlingame that 1,Ionday, hay 20th, 1946, at the
hour of 8 o'clock, p.m., be fixed as the time and place when and
where all persons interested may be heard for or against the
recommendation of the Director of 2ublic Health;
BE IT PUnT=" RESOLVED that a copy of this -resolution
be forwarded to the San 1,ateo County Title Company, the record
owner at 733 L:iddlefield Road, redwood City, California, and to
Yrs. Ruth Sadoski, the operator of the said premises, at 314
Lorton Avenue, 3urlinaame, California;
BE IT FILE THEE RESOLVED that unless good cause appears
to the contrary, the said premises will be ordered condemned and
the building demolished.

The foregoing hesolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the Burlingame City Council, held I::ay 6th, 1946, and adopted
by the following vote:
