WHERE.kS a request has come to the City that the
Department of Public ..orks maintain and repair the sanitary
sewers in the Burlingame Hills Sewer District in San 1.ateo
County;
NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Department
of Public +orks and its Director be, and it is hereby
authorized, to repair and maintain the sanitary sewers in the
Burlingame Hills Sewer District and the cost and expense
therefor be provided for in the 1946 - 1947 budget and to be
assessed against the said Burlingame Hills Sewer District and
collected pursuant to law for the purpose of reimbursinc, the
City of Burlingame for such cost and operation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular 7eeting of the City Council of the
City of Burlingame, held on '.:arch 4, 1946, and was adopted
by the followinc, vote:
Ayes - Councilmen: Dahl -Harris -Hunt- oth
Noes - Councilmen: None

RESOLi2TICN NO1941-
WHEREAS, the County Engineer of Ban Mateo County, State of
California, recommends that the City of Burlingame be authorized
to repair and maintain severe in the Burlingame Hills Sewer Dlstri(
and that funds be provided in the 1946 - 47 budget for repairs
and maintenance of said sewers. The County Engineer further
recommends that this authorization be granted in the interests of
expediency and economy as said Burlingame Hills Sewer District Is
contiguous to the City of Burlingame.
NOW,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said authooizatlon be
that funds be provided in said 1946 -47 budget as
mentioned.
