RESOLUTION NO. 3 J - 4 S
UL'RUS, the Superintendent of Streets of the
City of burlingame has filed his report pursuant to
Resolution 4-45, passed by the Council of the City
of Eurlingame on hLarch 19, 1945, in which said report
said Superintendent of &%treets showed the property
affected and the cost of the abatement was therein
specifically set forth;
NU , TEEIREFORE , BE IT ` ii SOLVED that Monday,
the 17th day of September, 1945, at the hour of
eight o'clock p. m. of said day in the Council Chamber
of the Council of the City of Burlingame in the City
Hall in said City, be and the same are hereby fixed
as the time and place wherein and whereby all persons
affected may protest to the City Council, the amount
of the abatement assessment;
BE IT FUBPI-IR RLSOLUD that notice of said hearing
be given by publication in the -burlingame 'Advance, a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of -furl ingame ,
on two separate days before said hearing.
The foregoing -,esolution was introduced and
adopted at a regular ir,eeting of the City Council
of the City of Burlingame on September 4, 1945,
and adopted by the following voter-
