WHEREAS, the City Lngineer has filed with the
City Clerk the report, plans and specifications
directed to be prepared and filed by a itesolution
of the Council No. 40-44 adopted on the 5th day
of September, 1944; (Vehicle Parking District)
XCAW, THERaOFI, Tuesday, the 18th day of Sept ember,
1945, at the hour of eight o'clock p. m., and the
Council Chamber of the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, located in the City Hall in said City,
be and the same are hereby fixed as the time and
place for the hearing on said report.

The foregoing resolution was intro ducted and
adopted at a regular Leeting of the City Council of
the City of Burlingame held on July 2, 1945, and
adopted by the following vote:
