Ji�k&S, the Chief of Police of the City of Burlingame
has recommended that the intersection of Dwight Road and
Peninsul& Avenue, in the City of Burlingame, and Delaware
Street and Peninsula &venue, in the City of San Mateo, be made
a four-way stop for all vehicles using saiu straets at said
intersection: and,
Fi3�&S, the Chief of Police of the City of San iateo
has made a similar recommendation to the City Council of the
City of San Mateo: and
`;JHER2.43, the City Council of the City of Burlingame
deems it to be in the interest and safety of the public that
the aforesaid intersection be made a four-way stop and that
proper wiarning signs be placed at the corners of said inter-
section;
NOW, TH"REFORI be it resolved that the Chief of Police
of the City of 3urlin, ame be, an"_' he is hereby authorized, to
procure and place in proper position and maintain the necessary
warning signs to make effective the order that the aforesaid
intersection be a four-way stop for all vehicular traffic.
The foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at
a regular meetinc of the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
august 5, 1945 and adopted by the following vote:
