I SOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT TO OPERATE
A TAXI -CAB SERVICE IN THE CITY OF BUR-
LINGhME TO HAROL:O R. MINORS.
WHEREAS, Harold R. Minors, a resident of the City of
Burlingame, California has applied for an owner's permit to use,
operate and conduct a taxi -cab service and automobiles for hire
service in the City of Burlingame: and
avH'EREAS, after investigation and report to the Council,
the application has met the satisfactory qualifications and
requirements and it appearing to the Council that the application
be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that Harold R. Minors,
be, and he is hereby granted permission to operate and conduct a
taxi -cab service and automobiles for hire service, in the City of
Burlingame, provided, that the said applicant in such operation
and conduct of said business shall meet all of the existing
requirements and any requirements that may hereafter be made
necessary in the operation of the said business.
I, JAS. P. DUAN, CITY CLERK, of the City of Burlingame
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
and duly passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
Cit y of Burlingame, held on Augus t 20, 1945 by the f ollowing vote:
