The City Council of the City of Burlingame does
I
ereby resolve and declare its intention to vacate a portion
of Carolan avenue, a street in said City, and which portion
of said street proposed to be vacated is described as follows:
That portion of Carolan Avenue which fronts on the
southwesterly line of Lot 13, flock 10 as said Lot and Block
is shown on that certain nap entitled "Burlingame Gardens,
Burlingame, Calif." recorded Kay 15, 1940 in Book 22 of flaps
at pages 66 and 037, and more particularly described as follows:
Deginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 13,
Block 10, Burlingame Gardens Subdivision as above described
thence on and along the northwesterly boundary of said
Subdivision S 29"07' i� 19.31 feet; thence S 62*26' B 60.95 feet
to the southwesterly line of said Lot 13, Aock 10; thence on
and along the southwesterly line of Lot 13 in a northwesterly
direction along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius
of 150.00 feet an are distance of 63.92 feet to the point of
beginning and containing 732.00 square feet of land more or less,
and that the foregoing portion of said street is unnecessary
for present or prospective street purposes.
Be it further iesolved that the City Council does hereby
elect to proceed herein pursuant to the provisions to the
Street and Highway Code of the State of California, as set
forth in Division 99 Part 3, thereof.
Be it further hesolved that Monday, the fourth day
of June, 1945, at the hour of eight o'clock P. 1. of said

ay at the Council .Loom of the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, located in the City Hall, 207 Park Road, in
said City, be and the same are hereby fixed as the time
and place when and where all persons interested in or
objecting to the proposed vacation may appear and be heard.
rie it further L,esolved that this resolution oe
published and notice of the hearing be given in the time
and manner required by law.
The foregoing izesolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Burlingame held
on Londay, tray 7, 1945, and was adopted by the following
vote:
