jMifEAS, an all wise providence in His Infinite
'wisdom has taken from our midst Horace L. Janssen, for
several years the Chief Engineer of the nurlingame Fire
Department; and,
I'iHMEAS, the people of this City feel very
deeply the loss of a stalwart citizen and a loyal employee;
NOV%T, TIEREFOM, BE IT 11SOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Burlingame does hereby extend its
deepest sympathy to the bereaved family and that the
regular meeting of the Council held on May 21, 1945 be
adjourned out of respect to the memory of Horace L. Janssen,
lately Chief Engineer of the Burlingame Fire Department.
BE IT FUBT, HER RESOLVED that a copy of this
Resolution be transmitted to the family.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Burlingame held on May 21, 1945 and adopted by the
following vote:
