WHEREAS, the Burlingame Elementary School District
indicated its desire to exercise the option to purchase Parcel
No. 4, as set forth in a certain agreement dated June 10, 1941,
between the City of Burlingame, a municipal corporation, and
the Burlingame Elementary School District.
NOP1, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Burlingame does resolve to convey to the BurlinPa.me Elementary
School District the real property hereinafter described, pur-
suant to the terms of the Agreement herein above referred to,
and the Idayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Deed conveying the said real property
for and in behalf of the said City of Burlingame.
The real property consists of the following parcel of
land situate in the City of Burlingame, County of San PI''ateo,
State of California, to -wit:
PARCEL NO. 4
"BEGI7NING at a point on the southeasterly line of
Devereux Drive S 33' 53' 20" 1,+' 336.349 feet from
the southwesterly line of Balboa avenue as said
Devereux and Balboa Avenue are shown on that certain
map entitled "Fay ?ark, Burlingame, California,'
filed .pril 16, 1941, in Book 23 of I'aps, rages
45 to 48 inclusive, in the office of the County
Recorder of San Lateo County, California, and
funning thence S 56° 06' 40" E 354.33 feet; thence
S 330 53' 20" V1 73.762 feet; thence N 56° 06'
40" 71 354.33 feet to the southeasterly line of
Devereux Drive; thence along said southeasterly
line of Devereux Drive Id 33' 53' 20" E 73.762 feet
to the point of beginning and containing 0.60
acres of land more or less."
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Burlingame, held on
January 15, 1945, and adopted by the following vote:
