PROVIDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF TIM,
UNITED STATES OF AIrERICA BOND SERIES C
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has reported that an United
States War Bond, Series "C", has matured and has requested
authority to re -invest the proceeds of the said Bond in another
United States of America Savings Bond, Series "C".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Burlingame that ten thousand (4;10,000.00) dollars of
the General Fund of the City be appropriated for investment in
a Series "C" United States of America Bond, and the City
Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to carry the
provisions of this resolution into effect.

do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
December 20, 1948, by the following vote:
