RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame:
That all employees of the City who are not in. Civil
Service, shall be paid on an hourly basis as follows:
For clerical service, s1.25 per hour; For Service
in Park or Public aborks Department, :1.40 per hour.
BE IT FURTI R i6,SOLVED that all employees of the City
except those in Civil Service, shall be paid at the foregoing
rate from July 1, 1948, and the City Clerk and City Treasurer
are hereby authorized to pay said employees any additional
amount due those as herein provided.
BE IT FURTriLR RESOLVED that the payments herein
specified shall not be paid to any Former city employee, who
has served his employment with the City between July 1, 1948
and the date he oeof .
T, Herbert K. Vahite, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on September 13, 1948, and adopted by the following vote:
