WHEREAS Moody J. Henry, the successful bidder was awarded
the contract of constructing an addition to the Park Storage
Building in Washington Park pursuant to the terms of his bid;
and
WHEREAS the annexed Agreement for th4-construction of said
building sets forth the contract between the City of Burlingame,
a municipal corporation, and the said I:oody J. Henry; and
WHEREAS the said I;?oody J. Henry has executed the said
Agreement and it now remains for the City of Burlingame to do
likewise, and the said Agreement has :net with the approval of
the City Council;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Burlingame that an Agreement be entered into with the
said Moody J. Henry pursuant to the terms of the written Agree-
ment attached hereto and that the Mayor of said City be, and he
is hereby authorized for and in behalf of the City Council of
the City of Burlingame to execute said Agreement.

do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on October 4, 1948,
and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
