HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 028-1948RESOLUTION NO. 28-48 WHEREAS it appears by a report made by the Building Inspector, the Chief of the Fire Department and the Sanitary Inspector, that the premises at No. 18 Bayswater Avenue, in the City of Burlingame, are in a dangerous condition and a menace to the health and safety of the community; and WHEREAS it has been recommended that the City Council condemn the building upon this property as a public nuisance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Monday, August 2, 1948, at the hour of eight o'clock, p. m., on said day, at the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Burlingame be, and the same are hereby appointed and fired as the time and place when and where all persons interested in the aforesaid premises may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the building should not be condemned as a nuisance and ordered re- moved from the property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be posted in a conspicuous place upon the property and a copy thereof mailed to the owner at his last known place of residence five (5) days before the hearing hereinbefore provided.
