DESIGNATING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS AS
THE OFFICER OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME TO
REPORT TO THE STATE CONTROLLER OF THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA OF THE EXPENDITURES IN THE
CITY FOR STREET PURPOSES PURSUANT TO SECTION
2151 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that the Director of Public l;orks be and he is hereby designated
as the representative and officer of the City of Burlingame
who shall cause to be made and filed with the State Controller
of the State of California, a complete report of the expenditures
for street and road purposes during the fiscal year ending on
the 30th day of June next preceding.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the Burlingame City Council, held on
August 2, 194B, and adopted by the following vote of the members
