RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, that
the attached Agreement for maintenance of State Highways in the
City of Burlingame be and the same is hereby approved, pursuant
to the terms therein contained; and
IT IS FTJRTHER ORDERED that the Mayor be and he is hereby
authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute
the same, end that his signature be attested by the City Clerk.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, held on March 1, 1948, and was adopted by the fol-
owing vote:
