AWARDING OF CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE STATION
NEAR HILLSIDE DRIVE
WHEREAS, Moody J. Henry, was the lowest and successful
bidder for the construction of a Fire Station near Hillside
Drive;
NO;, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
the bid of Moody J. Henry for the construction of a Fire Station
near Hillside Drive for the sum of THIRTY-TV70 THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED FIVE AND N01100 DOLLARS ($32,805.00) be, and the same
is hereby accepted;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the contract for the con-
struction of said Fire Station be entered into with the said
Moody J. Henry for the price bid and that the Mayor be and he is
hereby authorized for and in behalf of the said City of
Burlingame execute said agreement.

that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the Burlingame City Council held on December 5th
1949, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
