ACCEPTING A REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE MkINTENATICE
OF A WATER TANK ON CERTAIN PROPERTY OF THE
MILLS ESTATE, INC.
WHEREAS, at the request of the City of Burlingame, the
Dills Estate, Inc. granted to the City a permit for the
establishment of a high pressf re tank to be erected and
maintained on the property of said estate particularly described
in the permit attached hereto and said Mills Estate, having
granted same;
NOW, THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Burlingame for, and in behalf of said city does
accept said permit for the use and purpose described therein
and on the property described attached hereto.

the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council held October 3, 1949, by the
