APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR NEW
NORTH BURLINGATIE FIRE STATION
WHEREAS, The architect, heretofore employed by the City
Council of the City of Burlingame to prepare plans and specifi-
cations fop a new Branch Fire Station to be constructed on the
city reservoir site, Hillside Drive, has, pursuant to said
employment prepared and submitted said plans and specifications;
and
VIHEREAS, The aforesaid plans and specifications have
been submitted to both the Fire and Planning Commissions for
their consideration and each of said Commission have approved
the aforesaid plans and specifications and 'lave recommended
their adoption; and
MHEREAS, The City Council have considered the aforesaid
plans and specifications are the same have net with the
approval of the Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED, by the City
Council Of the City of Burlingame, that the plans and specifi-
cations for a Branch Fire Station to be erected in North
Burlingame, as submitted by the architect and attached hereto
be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted for the purpose
and use in the erection and construction of said building and
that said building be erected and constructed in accordance
therewith;
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk give notice,
by publication, to contractors to submit bids for the construct-
ion of said Branch Fire Station in accordance with the plans
and specifications herein approved and adopted, and submit the
same to the City Council on or before 5 p.m., November 7, 1949.

the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the Burlingame City Council held on November 7, 1949, and
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
