ACCEPTING AID AND AWARDING CONTRACT TO CONWAY &
CULLIGAN DEVELOP?�F.NT CO., A CORPORATION, FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF IvPROVF'"6NTS IN BURLINUVE
VILLAGE, RECREATION AREA.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame that the
bid of Conxay & Culligan Development Co., a corporation, for the con-
struction of a building and certain improvements in Burlingame Village
Recreation Area he and the sake is hereby accepted for the sum of
$4,992.00.
AND BE IT FURTHER RFSOLVFD that an agreement be entered into be-
tween the City of Burlingame and said Contractor for the construction
of said improvements, and that the ?Mayor be and he is hereby author-
ized and directed, for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to
execute said agreement.
