FLING THE TIME FOR HEARING ON RE-
PORT OF PREMISES AT 733 SAN MATEO
AVENUE, BURLI1:vGAME.
WHEREAS, it appearing from the report filed with the
City Clerk by the Chief of the Fire Department and the Building
Inspector of the City of Burlingame, and the County Health
Department that the premises at 733 San TIateo Avenue in the
City of Burlingame, have become a menace to the public health
and safety by reason of unsanitary conditions of the premises
and the depreciated condition of the building;
WHEREAS, it appears from said report that the said
premises are unfit for human habitation, a menace to the public
health and are a nuisance;
NOVV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that all persons
interested in this matter and particularly W. E. Patsel, as
Executor of the last will of Maurice Sauret, deceased, may
appear before the City Council of the City of Burlingame, at
the Assembly Chambers in the City Hall on May 16, 1949, at the
hour of eight o t clock, p.m., of said day to show cause, if any
they have, why the said premises should not be declared a
nuisance and immediately abated;
BE I`1' FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be directed
to send a copy of this resolution to 'U'. E. Patsel, as Executor
of the last will of Maurice Sauret, deceased, at 1109 Summer
Avenue, Burlingame, California, ten (10) days prior to the time
set for the hearing;.

was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
held April 18, 1949, and adopted thereafter by the following
