Erudenberr and Ilene T�'rudenberm, his wife have executed and delivered to the representative of the City of Burlingame, their option annexed hereto, tivherein said party agrees to sll and convey to the City of Burlingame, the property described in the option for the price therein stated and subject to a condition set forth; and iWHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame desires to accept the said option, subject to the condition, at the said price; NOW, THERE -PORE BE TT RFSOLVT T), by the City Council of the, City of Burlingame that the option to purchase, annexed hereto be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Burlingame in accordance with the terms and specifications set forth.
