Thank you for bringing this to my attention, Raphael. Maggie will follow up with Jacob, as he closed the building that
Friday evening. Although camp would have been there in Lounge 1, Lounge 2 and Washington Lounge until 6:30pm. I
will reach out to our janitorial company as well, if need be.
Additionally, can you clarify the 4th line below?

Hi Nicole,
Following up from our conversation several minutes ago these are the things I noticed when I opened up
the Rec Center on Saturday, July 20tn:
• Sliding door in Lounge I was unlocked
• One sliding door in Lounge II was unlocked
• Door to parking lot from Lounge II was unlocked
• One window in the was open
• One window in studio B was partially open
• Window in Dance Studio was open
• AC unit in Washington Lounge was on
• AC unit in Nicole Acquisti's office was on
I also spoke with the janitor last night and mentioned the above. Let me know if you have any questions.
